GIGS EV – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GIGS EV (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, application, or platform (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any investment or renting our vehicles.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, invest in our fleet, or rent our vehicles.

• Riders must possess a valid Indian Driving License and provide accurate KYC documentation.

2. Services

• We provide EV Fleet Rental, Investment (Buy-Lease-Earn), and Mobility Management Services.

• The use of our electric scooters by riders and the ownership agreements signed by franchise investors are subject to these terms and their respective individual contracts.

3. Payments & Payouts

• Payments for rentals, hub services, and initial franchise investments are processed securely via our designated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, bank transfers).

• You agree to provide accurate financial and payment information.

• For Investors: Monthly passive income payouts will be transferred to your registered bank account as per the signed lease agreement.

• We are not responsible for payment or payout delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial intermediaries.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices listed (such as the ₹70,000 EV investment or ₹150/day rental) are in INR (₹).

• Applicable taxes, including a 5% GST on electric vehicles and services, will be charged as per government regulations. Prices and subscription plans are subject to change with prior notice.

5. User Obligations

• You shall not misuse our platform, application, or physical assets (electric vehicles, batteries, and charging hubs).

• Riders must follow all traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and the usage limits defined in the rental agreement.

• You shall provide complete and accurate information during KYC, transactions, and account creation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding (including the GIGS EV name and blue/white vehicle decals), trademarks, and materials on our platform are the exclusive property of GIGS EV. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

GIGS EV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. For riders, while our vehicles are fully insured, any gross negligence or violation of traffic laws leading to damages or penalties will be the sole responsibility of the rider.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi NCR.
