GIGS EV – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• For EV Rentals: Orders or rental bookings once confirmed can be cancelled only within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order, or prior to the vehicle handover, whichever is earlier.

• For Franchise Investments: Initial booking amounts or deposits for the EV fleet investment can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the request.

• After this stipulated period, cancellations will not be entertained.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only in cases of valid cancellations (as defined above), failed transactions, or in the rare event of service/vehicle non-availability from our end.

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway’s processing timelines.

• No refunds will be made for non-refundable services, administrative processing fees, or after an active rental/lease period has commenced.
