GIGS EV – Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery & Deployment Timelines
For Franchise Investors: Once your investment and agreements are confirmed, the electric vehicles are typically procured, registered, and deployed within 7–14 business days. Timelines may vary slightly based on RTO processing and fleet size.
For EV Rentals (Riders): Once your KYC is verified and the rental plan is booked, the electric scooter will be available for immediate handover at your selected local GIGS EV hub.
2. Delivery & Handover Charges
Vehicle pickup from our designated operational hubs is completely free of charge.
If any specific transportation or relocation is required to deliver the EV fleet to a non-hub location, applicable logistics fees will be clearly displayed or communicated prior to final confirmation.
3. Unforeseen Delays
We strive to ensure timely deployment and handover of all vehicles. However, GIGS EV is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as RTO registration backlogs, third-party logistics or transport partners, or unforeseen natural events.
4. Tracking & Status Updates
Investors and riders will be provided with regular status updates. Once your vehicle is ready for deployment or pickup, you will receive complete dispatch and handover details via email or SMS.
